民办养老院涨价需提前一月公示

对于民办养老机构的收费，《通知》中明确，民办养老机构包括经营性民办养老机构和公益性民办养老机构。其中，经营性民办养老机构服务收费项目和标准由经营者自主确定，政府有关部门不得进行不当干预；公益性民办养老机构收费项目和标准由经营者合理确定，其收费应保持相对稳定，调整收费标准需提前一个月公示。
